Raven will provide specific information on how the Rise Longevity Program can benefit YOU. The initial consultation is the first step to define your personalized program, tailored to your needs and long-term objectives.

To get started, you’ll need to schedule a Preliminary Assessment & Evaluation.
Included in your investment is a comprehensive muscle strength assessment, conducted during your first session and after every set of 5 sessions, scheduled on a recurring basis (e.g., 5 sessions in 5 weeks).
Preliminary Assessment and Evaluation Session must be completed prior to booking sessions.
Step 2.
Create a Personalized Plan…
After Your Preliminary Assessment & Evaluation Session … Raven will develop your personalized plan and work with you to schedule future sessions. Individuals may choose to purchase a single session or a package of sessions.
Buying a package provides a cost savings vs. buying one individual session at a time.

Personal Coaching Sessions…
Embark on a health journey tailored to fit you! We help you build muscle, boost endurance, and enhance overall strength— all at a location of your choosing. Each session is designed to fit your needs and fitness level.
We'll adapt the workouts to accommodate any mobility issues, joint concerns, or other limitations you may have, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
