All new clients begin with a private one-on-one consultation with Raven. During this consultation, you will share your current challenges and goals. Raven will provide specific information on how the Rise Longevity Program can benefit YOU. The initial consultation is the first step to define your personalized program, tailored to your needs and long-term objectives.
After your initial consultation, Raven will develop your personalized plan and work with you to schedule your future sessions.
Individuals may choose to purchase a single session or a package of sessions. Packages of sessions provide a cost savings over buying one individual session at a time.
In Person Personal Coaching Session
Embark on a personalized journey to build muscle, boost endurance, and enhance overall strength at a location of your choosing. Each session is tailored to your needs and fitness level.
Plus, your investment includes a comprehensive muscle strength assessment, conducted during your first session and after every set of 5 sessions, scheduled on on a recurring basis (e.g., 5 sessions in 5 weeks).
Preliminary Consultation and Evaluation must be completed prior to booking sessions.

Online Personal Coaching Session
Our private coaching sessions offer a one-on-one experience, allowing you to work closely with your personal coach. During these sessions, we will guide you through exercises and routines designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health.
We'll adapt the workouts to accommodate any mobility issues, joint concerns, or other limitations you may have, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
